ORDONNANCE

La Cour internationale de Justice,

vu l'articl48 du Statut de la Cour,

vu l'article 37 du Règlement de la Cour,

Rend l'ordonnancesuivant:

Vu le compromis conclu le 29 décembre 1950 entre le Gouverne-
ment de la République française et le Gouvernement du Royaume-
Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d'Irlande du Nord, relatif à l'affaire
des Minquiers et des Écréhous,
Vu l'ordonnance du 26 juin 1952, fixant les délais pour la pré-
sentation de la réplique et de la duplique en cette affaire,

Considérant que l'agent du Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni a
demandé, par lettre datée du12 août 1952, que le délai pour la
présentation de la réplique soit prorogé du 6 octobre 1952 au
6 novembre 1952,
Considérant que, par lettre datée 20 août 1952, l'agent du
Gouvernement de la République française, auquel la demande
précitéeavait étécommuniquée, a fait savoir que son gouverne-
ment acceptait la prorogation demandée,

ORDER

The International Court of Justice,
having regard to Articl48of the Statute of the Court,

having regard to Articl37 of the Rules of Court,

Makes the following Order:
Having regard to the Special Agreement concluded on Decem-
ber zgth, 1950, between the Government of the French Republic
and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Northern Ireland, concerning the Minquiers and Ecrehos case,

Having regardto the Order of June 26th, 1952, fixing the time-
limits for the filing of the Reply and the Rejoinder in this case,
Whereas the Agent for the Government of the Unitedngdom
has, by letter dated August ~zth, 1952, requested that the time-
limit for the Ming of the Reply be extended from October 6th,
1952, to November 6th, 1952,
Whereas by letter of August zoth, 1952,the Agent for the Govern-
ment of the French Republic, to whom the said request had been
communicated, replied that his Government accepted the aforesaid
extension, fixe au 6 novembre 1952 la date d'expiration du délai pour la
présentation de la réplique du Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni
et au 6 mars 1953la date d'expiration du délai pour le dépôt de la
duplique du Gouvernement de la République française.

Fait en français et en anglais, le texte français faisant foi, au
Palais de la Paix, à La Haye, le vingt-septaoût mil neuf cent
cinquante-deux, en trois exemplaires, dont l'un restera déposéaux
archives de la Cour et dont les autres seront transmis respec-
tivement au Gouvernement de la République française et au
Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d'Irlande
du Nord.

Reply of the Govemment of the United Kingdom and March 6th,
1953 as the time-limit for the filing of the Rejoinder of the Govern-
ment of the French Republic.

Done in French and English, the French text being authoritative,
at the Peace Palace, The Hague, this twenty-seventh day of August,
one thousand nine hundred and fifty-two, in three copies, one of
which will be placed in the archives of the Court and the others
transmitted to the Government of the French Republic and to the
Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern
Ireland, respectively.
