IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR THE MEDIA

The time-limit for requesting press accreditation expires tomorrow,
Tuesday 24 November 2009, at midnight

THE HAGUE, 23 November 2009. The Information Department of the International Court

of Justice (ICJ) reminds representatives of the media that the time-limit for submitting online
requests for accreditation for the hearings in these advisory proceedings will expire tomorrow,
Tuesday 24 November 2009, at midnight (The Hague time).

After this deadline, the accreditation forwill be removed from the Court’s website
(www.icj-cij.org) and it will not be possible to requecreditation for the public sittings to be

held from 1 to 11 December 2009 in these advisory proceedings.
