Cancellation of the hearing of Wednesday 22 March 2006
THE HAGUE, 21 March 2006. The Registrar of the International Court of Justice informs
representativesf the press and members of the public that the hearing scheduled for tomorrow,
Wednesday 22 March 2006, at 10 a.m., in the case concerning Application of the Convention on
the Prevention and Punishmentof the Crime of Genocide (Bosnia and Herzegovina v. Serbia and
Montenegro) has been cancelled.
The hearing of witnesses, experts and witness-experts will resume on Thursday
23 March 2006 in accordance with the schedule and other arrangements set out in Press Release
No. 2006/10 (see the Court's website, www.icj-cij.click on "What's new").
