Aerial Incident of 3 July 1988
(Islamic Republic of Iran v. United States of America)

The following information is communicated to the Press by the
Registry of the International Court of Justice:

Within the time-limit of 24 July 1990 fixed in an Order made by the
President of the Court on 12 June 1990, the Islamic Republic of Iran has
filed its Memorial in the case concerning the Aerial ~ncident of
3 July 1988 (Islamic Republic of Iran v. United States of America).

The time-limit for the filing of the Counter-Memorial of the
United States of America, fixed in that same Order, is 4 March 1991.
