The request for indication of provisional measures filed by the
Federal Republic of Yugoslavia {Serbia and Montenegro) (see Press

communiqué No. 93/23) will be beard conjointly with the second request
filed by the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at public sittings
beginning at 10 a.m. on Wednesday 25 August .
