The Chamber constituted by the International Court of Justice to
deal with the case concerning the Land, Island and Maritime Frontier
Dispute (ElSalvador/Honduras; Nicaragua interveninql will deliver its
Judgment in the case at a public sitting to be held at the Peace
Palace, The Hague, on Frlday 11 September 1992, at 10 a.m.

NOTE FOR THE PRESS

1. The public sitting will be held in the Great Hall of Justice
of the Peace Palace.Members of the Press will be entitled to attend
application.iThe tables reserved for them are situated on the far
left of the public entrariceof the courtroom.

2. Photographs may be taken before the opening, during the first
five minutes of the sitting;and also fora few minutes towards the
end. Filming for cinema or television purposes is however subject to
special authorization.

3. In the Press Rooni,located on the ground floor of the Peace
Palace (RoomS), the reading of the Court's decision will be relayed
through a loudspeaker.

4. Members of the Press who wish to make phone calls may use the
public telephones in the Post Office in theement of the Palace.
5.Mr. Witteveen, Secretary in'chargeof information matters
(telephone extension 233), or, in his absence, Mrs. El-Erian
(telephone extensio234), will be available to deal with any requests
for information byernbersof the Press.
