Fixing of time-limits

The following information is communicated ta the Press by the
Registry of the International Court of Justice:

By an Order of 20 December 1994 in the above case, the President of
the Court, taking into account the views of the Parties, fixed
20 June 1995 as the time-limit for the filing of a Reply by each of the

Parties.

The subsequent procedure is reserved for further decision.
