Fixing of time-limits

The fol1owing information is communicated to the Press by the
Registry of the International Court of Justice:

By an Order dated 16 April 1993, the President of the Court, taking
into account an agreement of the Parties, has fixed the following
time-limits for the written proceedings in the above case:

- 15 October 1993 for the Memorial of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

- 15 April 1994 for the Counter-Memoriàl oÏ Yugoslavia (Serbia and
Montenegro) .

The subsequent procedure has been reserved for further decision.
