Fixinq of time-limits

The following information is communicated to the Press by the
Registry of the International Court of Justice:

By an Order of 25 June 1993 in the above case, the Court, taking
into account the views of the Parties, directed that a Reply by the
Applicant and a Rejoinder by the Respondent should be filed and fixed
the following time-limits:
- 22 December 1993 for the Reply of Nauru;

- 14 September 1994 for the Rejoinder of Australia.

The subsequent procedure is reserved for further decision.
