Filing of Memorials and Fixing of Time-limit for Counter-Mernorials
The following information is made available to the Press by the
Registry of the International Court of Justice:
On 26 April 1983, within the time-limit fixed by an Order of
27 July 1982, the Agents of the two Parties in the case concerning
the delimitation of the continental shelf between the Libyan Arab
Jarnahiriya and Malta filed their respective Memorials.
The President of the Court:, after ascertaining the views of the
Parties, made a further Order on 26 April 1983 fixing 26 October 1983
as the time-lïmi t for the Countler-14emorials.
The subsequent procedure has been reserved for further decision.
