Registry of the International Court of Justice:

At public sittings on 8, 9 and IO October 1984 the Court heard
arguments presented on behalf of the Government of Nicaragua on the
questions of the jurisdiction of the Court to entertain the dispute
and of the admissibility of the Application instituted by Nicaragua

against the United States of America,
