South West Africa (Ethiopia v. South Africa) - Hearings of 18 to 24 March 1965

The f ollowing information f rom the Regis try of the International
Court of Justice is cornmunicated to the Press :

In the course of five public sittings from Thursday, 18 Iiiarch,
to Wednesday, 24 Iqarch, in the South kdzst Africa cases (~thiopia x. South
Mrica; Liberia v. South kfrica) the Court heard fis Excellency
ie. Nathan ~arnes> the Honourable Ernest A. Gross, and ï~. Edward
R. Moore in their presentatïon of the case on behalf of the Applicants .

The next public hearing will be held on Tuesday, 30 Narch, at
'0 10 an., when Counsel for South Africa will begin the presentation of
the Fk.spondentts case.

thèse du défendeur.
