Par ordonnance du 11 janvier 1963, le Président de la Cour
internationale de Justice a prorogé au ler juillet 1963 la date
dtexpiration du délai pour le dép$t, par le Gouvernement du
Cameroun, de ses observations et conclusions sur l'exception
préliminaire soulevée par le Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni en
l'affaire du Camera ~eptentrional (Cameroun·c. Royaume-Uni).
Cette prorogation a été accordée à la suite d'une demande
présentée par le Gouvernement du·cameroun, demande à laquelle
le Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni n'a pas fait d'objection.

Justice is communicated to the Press~

By an Order of 11 January 1963, the President of the International
Court of Justice has extended ta 1 July 1963 the time-1imit for the
fi1ing by the Government of Cameroun of its Observations and
Submissions on the Pre1iminary Objection raised by the Government of
the United Kingdom in the Northern Cameroons case (Cameroun v. United
Kingdom). This extension was granted as the resu1t of a request by
the Government of Cameroun, to which no objection was raised by the
Government of the United Kingdom.
