At the henrinzs of the Court h~ld on 3 October 1963 in the case
concerning the kTcrthorn Grlmeroons, M. Prosper IlieilCounselfor the
Government of the Federal Eepublic of Cmeroon, presanted the oral
rejoinder on behalf of that Goverment, &ter vihichthe Agent for the
Goverment of the Federal Republic of Cameroon rend the Subrnissions
of his Goverment.

The Preeidcntdeclared the hecrings closed subject to the Courils
right to addxess itself to the Agents in the event of its desiring
addition2-l information.

Lors des audiences tenues Pr la Cour le 3 octobre 1963 en

droit de la Cour de faire appel aux agents si elle désire des
