The following inf~m~zation from the kgistry of the Internatienai
Court of Justice is communicated to the Press:
a 3y an Order of 2% July 1964, the President of the International
Court of Justice, after ascertaining the vievis of the Parties, has
fixed 1 July 1965 as the Lime-but for the filing of the Counter-
BkrnoriaL.o fpain in the case concerning the Barcelona Traction,Iight

The subsequent precedure has been reserved for further decision.
