internationale de Justice, sont mis à la disposition de la presse;
Au cours des trois audiences que la Covr a tenues les
9 et 10 octobre, en la seconde phase de liaIfaire du droit de
passaal: sur territoire indien (F'ortuga.1 c. Inde), Pli. Setalvad,
agent du Gouvernemext de l'Inde. et Me Henri Rolin, conseil
de ce Gowernment, ont cora~encél'exposé de la thèse du
Goilverfiement de 1'Inde.
La prochaine audience de la Cour aura lieu le lundi 12
octobre, à 10 heures 30,. Iiie Henri Rolin poursuivra alors
l'exposé de cette thèse.

Right of Passage over Indian territory (~ortugal 1. fndia) ,
the !.gent for the Indiari. Governmen.t , TI?. Setalvad-, and Me.
Henri Holin, Co~msel for the Government, opened the case for
the Indim Government.
@ The next heuing vil1 be held by the Court on F,IonCay
12 October at 10.30 a.m. Me. Henri Rolin ni11 then continue
the presentation of their case.
