Court of Justice is communicated to the Press:
0 In the course of eleven hearings held in the week 12-17 October 1959,
in the second phase of the case concerniilg Right of Passage over Indian
Territory (Portugal x. 1ndia) , Me Henri Rolin, Professor Guggenheim,
Shri M.C. Setalvad, Sir Frank Soskice and Professor Waldock continued
the statement of the case on behalf of the Government of India,
The next hearing of the Court will be held on Monday 19 October
at 10.30 a.m. Shri M.C. Setalvad, will continue the presentation of
the case on behalf of the Government of India.
