Les renseignements suivants émanant'du Greffe de la Cour
internationale de Justice,. sont mis à 1a.disposition de la presse.
Du 21 au 26 septembre 1959, la Cour internationale de Justice
a tenu des audiences en la seconde phase de ltaffaire du droit de
passage sur territoire indien (Portugal c. Inde). Au cours de ces
audiences, la thèse du Gouvernement du Portugal, introduite par
M. J. de Barros Ferreira da Fonseca, agent, a été exposée par
MM.Galvao Telles, Maurice Bourquin, Braga da Cruz et Moreira da
SiLva Cuhna, conseils .
Lors de la prochaine audience qui srouvrira le lundi 28 septembre
à 10 h. 30, la Cour entendra la suite de l'exposé de la thèse du
Gouvernement du Portugal.

The following information from the Registry of the International
Court of Justice is communicated to the Press:
From 21 to 26 Sept ember 1959, the International Court of
Justice heard hearings in the second phase of the case concerning
the right of passage over Indian territory (Portugal 2. ~ndia) . In
the course of these hearings, the case of the Government of Portugaï,
was opened by M. J. de Barros Ferreira da Fonseca, agent, and was
developed by !@ieGalvao Telles, Maurice Bourquin, Braga da Cruz
and Moreira da Silva Cuhna, comsel.
At the next hearing which will begin on li!onday,28th September
at 10,30 a.m., the Court will hear the continuation of the case of
the Government of Portugal.
