The following ini'orrnation fron the Registry of the

International Court of Justice has been com-nunicateu. to
the Press:

Today, November 14th, 1958, the International Court of
Justice held ttm public Hearings in the Interhandel Case
(~reliminary Objections) between Switzerland and the United
States of America, during which the ,igcnt for the United States
Government, the Hon. Loftus Beclcer, :replied to the arguments
of the !,gent and Co-Agent for the Swiss Govcrmnent.

The Court will hold its next huaring on monda^, November
17th, 1958, at 10.30 a.m. at which the the 'oral rejoinder wïil be
presented on behalf O$ the Swiss Government,

inturnaiionale de Justice, ont été mis à la disposition de la

presse:

La Cour internationale de Justice a tenu aujourd'hui 14
novembre 1958 deux audiences publiques dans l'affaire de
1' Interhandel (Exceptions préliminaires) entre la Suisse et les
Etats-Unis d'Amérique, au cours desquelles l'agent des fiats Unis,
l'honorable Loftus Becker a répliqué aux arguments des agent
et CO-agent du Gouvernement suisse.

La Cour tiendra sa prochaine audience le lundi 17 novembre

à 10 heures 30 pour entendre la duplique orale priscntée au nom
du Gouvernement suisse.
