Justice a, tenu deux audiences en llaffaire relative 5 l'incident
aérien du 27 juillet 1955 (~sraël c. ~ul~arie).

Liagent du Gouvernenent dlIsraël, pi. Rosenne, a prononcé
la duplique orale présentee au norn de son Gou.verne!-!~ent.

La procédure orale a été d4clarie close.

The following information f rom the Registry of the International
Court of Justice is comnunicated to the Press:-

To-day, April 3rd, 1559, the International Court of Justice
held two hearings in the case concerning the aerial incident of
July 27th, 1955 (1sraël x. Aulga.ria) in the course of which the
Agent for the Governtaent of Israël, ivis. Rosenne, presented the oral
rejoinder on 3ehalf of his Governaent.

The oral proceedings were declared closed.
