To-day, October lst, the International Court of Justice held two
sittings in the case of the Right of Pzssage over 1ndian Territory
(Portugal v. India).

It hearcl M. In6cêncio Galvâo Telles, professor, ênd~nember of the
U'pper House of Portugal, and, after him, PliB .olnquin, professor in the
Fzculty of Lc,.c.rf the ~niversii~ of Geneva and at the Graduate Institute

of International Studies, vho continued to argue the case for the
Government of Portugal.

M. Bourquin will. continue his .speech at the zorning sitting (10.30)
to-rnorrow, October 2nd.
