By an Order of August lgth, 1957, the President kas fkd the
date of e,qiry of the the-limits for the filing of the first two
pleadings in the Case concerning the Guardianship of s.ninfsnt, es
f ollo~rs:
a
- for the Memorial of the Netherlands Government, Saturday,
November 30th, 1957;

- for the Counter-PlemoriCL of the Swedish Governnent, Monday,
March 31st, 1958.

The rest of the procedu~e has been reserved for fwther decision.

The Applic~tion instituting proceedings was filed in the Registq
of the Court by the Netherlands Governient on July lOth, 1957. The

Parties hava expressed the--cish thzt the the-lirrzts for the filhg
of the Menorial and Counter-l4enoriaJ. should not be fixed before the
middle of August, the President agreed to postpone the mking of the
Order. The dates which have just ken fixeà are those which the
Parties proposed in agreement .
