audience en lfaffaire de 1for monetaire(Italie c. France, Etats-Unis
d'Amérique et Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagn et d'ïrlande du Nord).

14.Perassi, Professeur de droit internationa l la faculté de
Rome, Conseil du Gouvernement italien, a prononcesa plaidoirie en
réponse.

La prochaine audience s'ouvrira le vendredi 14 mai, à 10 h, 30.
La parolesera alorsdonnéeà SirGerald Fitzii-iauricagent du
Royaue-Uni pour sa dernièreplaidoirie en réponse. Le Conseildu
Gouvernemen fran~ais a déclaré renoncer prendre la parole 5 nouveau.

The follo~ng information from the Registry of the Inter-
national Court of Justice hes been communica,ted Lo the Press:

The lnternatlonal Court of Justice held a public sitting today
in the Monetary Gold case (Italy v. France, the United States of
America and.the United Kingdom of-~reat Britain and Northern Ireland).

M. Perassi, Professor of International Law at the Facultyof
Bone, Counselof the Itallan Goverment, made his staternentin reply.

The next public sitting will open aL 10.30a.m, on Friday,
May Uth. The Court wiL1 then hear Sir Gerald Fitzniaurice,Agent of
the United Kingdom hvernment, &a willmake his final staternent in
reply. The Counsel of the French Governent said that he would
renomce hi3 right to speak again,

In the course of the sitting, Judge Armand-Ugon put a question
to the Agents, who will answer riteithes orallyat the nexk sitting
or in wrlting,
