The following infornation from the Rsgistry of the International

Court of Justice hss beon comnicated to the Press:

The International Court of Justice hold 2 public sitting to-dny,
October 6th) 1951, in the case concerning Korwegim Fisheries. At
this sitting Professor Ilaurice Bourquin, Counsel for tho Norwegian
Governrnznt, continued hiç statement in the case. A question having
been put by the Prcsident of the Court to K. Bourquin, the latter
gave the nnswer to it at once.

Tho Court wLll hold a public hearhg on Monday, 8thOctobcr,
1951,at 10.30 a.rn,,when Professor Bourquin will spezk again.
