THE HAGUE, 29 June 2023. The Islamic Republic of Iran filed a declaration recognizing as compulsory the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, on 26 June 2023.

discriminatory and harsh treatment because of their opposition to the policy of
apartheid;
