This series contains the decisions of the Court in both English and French. Each decision is published after it is given, in an unbound fascicle which is sold separately. The collected decisions for each calendar year are published, with an index, and bound together in one to three cloth-bound volumes depending on the total page count.
Seventy-five bound volumes have so far been published, the first being the I.C.J. Reports 1947-1948, which — as an exception — consists of two years collected in a single volume. The latest is the I.C.J. Reports 2022.
