The following information is communicated ta the Press by
the Registry of the International Court of Justice:
The International Court of Justice will deliver its
Advisory Opinion on the above question at a public sitting to be
held on Thursday, 12 July 1973, at 10 a.m~. .Anne~ ta ~ress Communiqué73/25

1. The public sitting will be held in the Great Hall of Justice
of the Peace Palace. Members of the Press wd.1 be entitled ta attend
it on presentation of an admission card, wbicn may be obtained upon
application. The tables reserved for them ar~ situated on the far
left of the public entrance ta the courtroom. ;

Photographs·may be taken before the opening and during the first
five minutes of the sitting. Filming for cinehl1 or television
purposes is however subject ta special aut~ori~ation •. -~·.. _.

In the Press Room,-located on the·grouna·noôr of the Peace
Palace (Room 5), the reading of the Coùrt's debisions will be relayed
through a loudspeaker. !"
2. After the close of the sitting, Press Çommuniqués summarizing
the decisions will be distributed in the Press1Room (No. 5).
Members of the Press may use o:rüy the fivé public telephones in
the Post Office in the basemenf Ôf the Palace, j ·

3, Mr. A, Pillepich, First Secretary of t~e Court (telephone
extension 259) will be available to dea.l wîth ~ny requests for
information by members of the Press. Mr. Nob~e (extension 255) will
answer enquiries in the absence of Mr. Pillepich.
