ORDER
The InternationalCourt of Justice,
having regard to Article 48 of the Statute of the Court,
having regard to Article37 of the Rules of Court,
Makes the folloze~ingOrde:
Having regard to the Special Agreement concluded on Decem-
ber zgth, 1950, between the Government of the French Republic
and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Northern Ireland, concerning the Minquiers and Ecrehos case,
Having regard to the Order of January 15th, 1952, fixing the
time-limitsfor the filing of the Memorial and of the Counter-
Memorial in this case, and reserving the rest of the procedure for
further decision,
Having regard to the Counter-Memorial filed on June 6th, 1952,
that is to Say, within the time-limit fixed,
Whereas the Agent for the Government of the United Kingdoni
and the Agent for the Government of the French Republic have,
by letters respecti\~ely dated J19th and June 23rd, 1952, made
4known their desire that the time-limit for the filing of the Reply
should be fixed for October 6th, 1952, and that a period of the
same length should be granted for the filing of the Rejoinder,
Whereas there is no objection to the adoption of the proposais
thus submitted,
fixes October 6th, 1952, as the time-limit for the filing of the
Reply of the Government of the United Kingdom, and February 6th,
1953, as the time-limit for the filing of the Rejoinder of the Govern-
ment of the French Republic.
Done in French and English, the French text being authoritative,
at the Peace Palace, The Hague, this twenty-sixth day of June,
one thousand nine hundred and fifty-two, in three copies, one of
which will be placed in the archives of the Court and the others
transmitted to the Government of the French Republic and to the
Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern
Ireland, respectively.

La Cour internationale de Justice,
vu l'articl48 du Statut de la Cour,
vu l'articl37 du Règlement de la Cour,
Rend l'ordonnancesuivante :
Vu le compromis conclu 'le29 décembre 1950 entre le Gouverne-
ment de la République française et le Gouvernement du Royaume-
Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d'Irlande du Nord, relatifà l'affaire
des Minquiers et des Ecréhous,
Vu I'ordonnance du 15 janvier 1952 fixant la date d'expiration
des délais pour le dépôt du mémoireet du contre-mémoire en ladite
affaire et réservant la suite de la procédure,
Vu le contre-mémoire dSposéle 6 juin 1952, savoir dans le délai
fixé,
Considérant que l'agent du Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni et
l'agent du Gouvernement de la République française ont, par lettres
respectivement datées du 19 juin et du 23 juin 1952, fait part de INTEIiLNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE

Considérant que rien ne s'oppose àdonner suite aux propositions
ainsi formulées,
fixe au 6 octobre1952 la date d'expiration du délaipour le dépôt
de la réplique du Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni et au 6 février
1953 la date d'expiration du délai pour le dépôt de la duplique du
Gouvernement de la République française.
Fait en français et en anglais, le texte français faisanfoi, au
Palais de la Paix, à La Haye, le vingt-six juin mil neuf cent
cinquante-deux, en trois exemplaires, dont l'un restera déposéaux
archives de la Cour et dont les autres seront transmis respec-
tivement au Gouvernement de la République française et au
Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d'Irlande
du Nord.
