Fixing of time-limits ~·

The following information is communicated to the Press by the
Registry of the International Court of Justice:

By an Order of 14 July 1993 in the above case, the Court, taking
into account the request of the Parties made in the Special Agreement
with regard to the written proceedings, has fixed the following
time-limits:

- 2 May 1994 for the filing by each of the Parties of a Memorial;

- 5 December 1994 for the filing by each of the Parties of a
Counter-Memoria1.

The subsequent procedure is reserved for further decision .
