Fixing of time-limits
The following information is communicated to the Press by he
Regfstry of the International Court of Justice:
In the case concerning the Aerial Incident of 3 July 1988 (Islaqic
Republic of Iran v. United States of America), brought before the Court
by the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran on 17 May 1989, the
court, by an Order of 13 December 1989, fixed the following timeLlimits
for the written proceedings:
- 12 June 1990 for the Memorial of the Islamic
Republic of Iran;
- 10 December 1990 for the Counter-Memorial of the
United States of America.
The subsequent procedure is reserved for further decision.
