By an Orderdated 12 June 1990,the Presidentof the Court has
extended to 24 July 1990the time-limit fo the filing of theMemorial of
the Islamic Republicof Iranand to 4 March 1991the time-limit for the
filingof the Counter-Memoria of theUnitedStatesof America.
The Orderwas made in responseto a request by the IslamicRepublic
of Iranand afterthe vlewsof theUnitedStatesof America had been
