En liaffaire de la Barcelom Traction, Ljght and Potser Company,
Limit ed, introduitedevant la Cour internationale de Justice par la
Belgique contre IfEspagne, le Gouvernemen belge a sollicité une pro-
longation de quatre mois du délai fixé pour le dépbt de ses obser-
vations et conclusions sur les exceptions préliminaire oulevées -Br
le Gouvernement espagnol, dehi qui expirait le 5 décembre1960, La
Cour, après avoir consulté la partie adverse qui s !estdéclarée dlac-
cord, a décidé de proroger ce déhi au 5 avril 1961.
