Cour contre Ic Gouverne~xeat de 1s RCpublique populaire de Bulgarie une
instance relative 2 liificident &rien du 27 juillet 1955.
L%,vln abattu à cette date, qui apartenait à une compagnieisra.4-
lienne di3viation civile, trensportait pl-usieurs paiassages ressortissants
du Zoyaume-Uni et de ses colonies. Commeles eutres passagers et,les mem-
bres de l'équipage, ils furent tués.

aurait ahII$ sa responsabilit envers le Gouvernenient du aoyame-Uni pour
le dommage ainsi causé 5 ses ressortissante st promis de verser une indem-
nite, nais il serait ulterieurenen rtvenu sur cette décision.

Pour fonder la comp6tence de la Cour, la requgte invoque les déclara-
tions dlscceptatlon par les deux Ztets er: cause de la juridiction obliga-
toire de 13 Cour.
