Par ordonnance du 3 septembre 1956, le PsBsident de la,Cour a fixé
la date diexpl-ration des delais pour le à8p8t des pieces de la prac6dure
écrite en l'affaire rehtive à la sentence arbitrale rendue par le roi
diEspagne le 23 déceinbre 1906, k savoir:

- pour le mémoire du Gouvernement de la Rgpublique du Eionduras,
le 5 janvier 1957;

- pour le contre-mémoir du Gouvernement de la République du Nicaragua,
le 5 mai 1959;

- pour la réglique du Gouvernement de la Republique du Hondwas,
.le 3 aofit1959;

- pour la duplique du Gouvernement de la République du Nicaragua,
le 3 novemb~e 1959.

By an Order of September 3rd, 1958, the President of the Court
has fixed the following time-limit or the filhg of the Pleadings In
the case concerning the arbitral award made by the King of Spain on
Decembey 23rd, 1906 :
